News: LaRussa Pleads Guilty to DUI

ESPN.com is reporting that Cardinals manager Tony LaRussa has plead guilty to driving under the influence during Spring Training of last year. For those of you that don't remember, TLR was found "asleep" at the wheel of his SUV while stopped at a stop light. As part of the plea deal Tony was sentenced to 50 hours community service, a year of probation, DUI school and a fine of about $600 (really why bother with the fine?). Personally I believe the Cardinals should either suspend or fine LaRussa now that he's plead guilty but I doubt they'll make an issue of it.
