According to the Boston Herald, Cincinnati has signed Francisco Cordero to shore up its ailing bullpen. For $46 million over four years, the Reds add a reliever who had more saves last year (44) than the entire Cincinnati bullpen (34). His ERA of 2.98 should also help bring down the Reds' bullpen average from last year's league high 5.13.

The Reds might actual have a plan. First a closer, now a potential comeback player of the year candidate in Bartolo Colon?
Now, if they come just add Pedro Feliz and Rowand.
