Well, if we were to believe all the different sources that have said a trade for Jason Bay is a done deal, he'd have been traded about 23 times by now.
However, this being a rumor site, it would be remiss of us to not tell you that MLB.com is reporting that the Los Angeles Dodgers may have landed the coveted outfielder in a deal just before the deadline.
To quote Jennifer Langosch's post, "One industry source in Pittsburgh believes that a deal between the two clubs has been made."
I'll tell you what, rather than analyzing a Bay deal for the third time today, I'll hold off giving my opinion until we find out for sure that the paperwork has been signed. K? Thanks.
