Details are still trickling in, but many baseball pundits are reporting tonight that the Toronto Blue Jays and the Miami Marlins have swung a major trade, with about every Marlins players with a substantial contract headed to the great white north.

Jon Morosi and Ken Rosenthal of FOX Sports are tweeting details as they hear them.

Source: #BlueJays on verge of acquiring Josh Johnson from #Marlins. Deal could be even larger than that.

Inclusion of Reyes unconfirmed. What we know: Buerhle and Josh Johnson to #BlueJays. Escobar, Hechavarria to #Marlins. And more both ways.

It sounds like starters Josh Johnson and Mark Buerhle are definitely part of the deal from the Marlins side, while Yunel Escobar will be headed to the Marlins from the Blue Jays.  The inclusion of shorstop Jose Reyes in the deal has been reported but not yet confirmed.

Spread the Rumor!
